Who operates Purti
Purti is operated by Rami Tetro (Tetro). Contact: purti.game@gmail.com. This policy describes Purti 1.1.0 and its online service.
On your device
Solo saves, player profiles, Best Game, match history, language, music and sound preferences are stored on your device. Online credentials and a local copy of your completed online results are also stored there. Platform-managed device backups may contain app data according to your device settings. Uninstalling or resetting local data does not delete records already held by the online service.
Online identity and gameplay
When you use Online, the service creates a guest/player identifier and stores your chosen display name, avatar and authentication information. The server stores authoritative room/session state, players and bot replacements, reconnect deadlines and command receipts. Completed match results include scores, win status, eligibility and score breakdowns. Eligible results contribute to Online Total. These records support play, reconnect, recovery, history and prevention of duplicate credit.
Friends and visibility
The service stores public player codes, friend requests and accepted connections, recent opponents, activity timestamps, invitations and preset emoji reactions. Other players can see the public profile and presence information exposed by these features. Names need not be unique. Room participants receive the public table and their own permitted private information; other players’ hidden hands are not intentionally exposed. Online Total shows eligible players’ names, avatars, public codes and aggregate scores. Purti does not import your phone contacts or provide free-text chat.
Logs and network information
IP addresses and connection metadata are processed to deliver HTTPS/WebSocket traffic, apply rate limits and protect the service. Application logs record coarse status, request timing, correlation/session identifiers and connection or error categories. They are configured not to include bearer tokens, private hands or shuffle seeds. Host/provider systems may process network and security metadata. The current application does not integrate advertising or an external analytics exporter.
Providers and sharing
The game server and PostgreSQL database run with OVHcloud in Gravelines, France. OVHcloud also supplies automated server backups. GoDaddy manages the playpurti.com domain/DNS. Google Play and Apple distribute the app under their own policies. Support email sent to the Gmail address is processed by Google. If you choose Share, your device sends the invitation to the application you select; that provider’s policy applies. The production connection does not use the former temporary Cloudflare tunnel.
Retention and backups
Online guest profiles, completed results, friend/recent-player records and social records currently have no automatic inactivity-deletion period. Invitations/reactions are shown for up to five minutes; expiry of visibility does not itself guarantee deletion of their stored records. Active room records have separate expiry rules: waiting rooms up to 24 hours, playing rooms up to 12 hours, completed/rematch rooms up to 60 minutes and closed rooms up to five minutes, with cleanup processing and short expiry markers. Operational system logs are bounded to seven days or 200 MB, whichever removes records sooner; this does not promise the same retention for provider or email systems. Daily encrypted database dumps are retained for roughly seven days. OVHcloud Premium Backup keeps seven rotating backups; snapshots can contain older logical dumps, so copies may remain beyond the live-database retention window.
Privacy and deletion requests
Email purti.game@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your online data. Include your public player code if available and describe the request. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens or private keys. We may need additional evidence that you control the profile; a display name alone is not proof. Requests require operator review; there is currently no automatic online-account deletion button or published guaranteed turnaround. Backup copies and records required for security or legal reasons may need separate handling. Removing a friend or erasing local app data is not the same as deleting all online records.
Security, choices and changes
Online traffic uses HTTPS/WSS with certificate verification. Database access is restricted and logical backups are encrypted. No system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid putting sensitive information in a display name, and share room codes only with intended players. You can play Solo without sending Solo match records to the online service. This policy may change when the service changes; review the published policy for the current version.

בעת שימוש במשחק ברשת, השירות יוצר מזהה אורח/שחקן ושומר את שם התצוגה שבחרתם, הדמות ומידע לאימות. השרת שומר מצב מוסמך של חדר ומשחק, משתתפים והחלפה בבוט, זמני חיבור מחדש ואישורי פקודות. תוצאות משחק שהושלם כוללות ניקוד, ניצחון, זכאות ופירוט ניקוד. תוצאות זכאיות משתתפות בדירוג האונליין. המידע משמש למשחק, חיבור מחדש, שחזור, היסטוריה ומניעת רישום כפול של תוצאות.
חברים ומידע גלוי
השירות שומר קודי שחקן ציבוריים, בקשות חברות וקשרים שאושרו, יריבים אחרונים, זמני פעילות, הזמנות ותגובות אימוג׳י קבועות. שחקנים אחרים יכולים לראות מידע ציבורי על הפרופיל והנוכחות בהתאם לתכונות האלה. שמות תצוגה אינם בהכרח ייחודיים. משתתפי חדר מקבלים את מצב השולחן הציבורי ואת המידע הפרטי המותר להם; ידיים מוסתרות של שחקנים אחרים אינן נחשפות במכוון. דירוג האונליין מציג שמות, דמויות, קודים ציבוריים וניקוד מצטבר של שחקנים זכאים. פורטי אינה מייבאת אנשי קשר מהטלפון ואינה כוללת צ׳אט חופשי.
יומנים ומידע רשת
כתובות IP ומידע על החיבור מעובדים לצורך תקשורת HTTPS/WebSocket, הגבלת קצב בקשות והגנה על השירות. יומני האפליקציה מתעדים מצבים כלליים, זמני בקשות, מזהי בקשה/משחק וקטגוריות חיבור ושגיאות. הם מוגדרים שלא לכלול אסימוני אימות, ידיים פרטיות או נתוני ערבוב. מערכות האחסון והספקים עשויות לעבד מידע רשת ואבטחה. בגרסה הנוכחית אין שילוב של פרסום או שירות חיצוני לייצוא נתוני אנליטיקה.
ספקים ושיתוף
שרת המשחק ומסד PostgreSQL מופעלים אצל OVHcloud ב־Gravelines שבצרפת. OVHcloud מספקת גם גיבויי שרת אוטומטיים. הדומיין וה־DNS של playpurti.com מנוהלים ב־GoDaddy. Google Play ו־Apple מפיצות את האפליקציה בהתאם למדיניות שלהן. פניות לכתובת התמיכה ב־Gmail מעובדות בידי Google. אם תבחרו לשתף הזמנה, המכשיר יעביר אותה לאפליקציה שבחרתם ובהתאם למדיניות הספק שלה. החיבור הנוכחי לשרת הייצור אינו משתמש במנהרת Cloudflare הזמנית ששימשה בעבר לבדיקות.
שמירה וגיבויים
לפרופילי אורחים, תוצאות שהושלמו, רשומות חברים ושחקנים אחרונים ורשומות חברתיות אין כיום מחיקה אוטומטית בשל חוסר פעילות. הזמנות ותגובות מוצגות עד חמש דקות; תום ההצגה אינו מבטיח שהרשומה השמורה נמחקה. לחדרים כללי תפוגה נפרדים: חדר ממתין עד 24 שעות, משחק פעיל עד 12 שעות, חדר שהושלם או ממתין למשחק חוזר עד 60 דקות וחדר סגור עד חמש דקות, בכפוף לעיבוד הניקוי ולשמירת סימוני תפוגה קצרים. יומני מערכת תפעוליים מוגבלים לשבעה ימים או ל־200 MB, לפי מה שמביא למחיקה מוקדם יותר; זו אינה התחייבות זהה לגבי מערכות הספקים או הדואר. גיבויי מסד מוצפנים נוצרים מדי יום ונשמרים כשבעה ימים. גיבוי Premium של OVHcloud מחזיק שבעה גיבויים מתחלפים; הם עשויים לכלול גיבויי מסד קודמים, ולכן עותקים עשויים להישאר מעבר לתקופת השמירה במסד הפעיל.
בקשות פרטיות ומחיקה
לבקשת עיון, תיקון או מחיקה של מידע מקוון, פנו ל־purti.game@gmail.com. ציינו את קוד השחקן הציבורי אם הוא זמין ותארו את הבקשה. אל תשלחו סיסמאות, אסימוני אימות או מפתחות פרטיים. ייתכן שנבקש הוכחה נוספת לשליטה בפרופיל; שם תצוגה לבדו אינו הוכחה. הבקשות מחייבות טיפול של המפעיל; אין כיום כפתור למחיקה אוטומטית של החשבון המקוון או התחייבות מפורסמת לזמן טיפול. עותקי גיבוי ורשומות הנדרשות לצורכי אבטחה או דין עשויים לחייב טיפול נפרד. הסרת חבר או מחיקת נתוני האפליקציה המקומיים אינן מחיקה של כל הרשומות המקוונות.
אבטחה, בחירות ושינויים
התקשורת המקוונת משתמשת ב־HTTPS/WSS עם אימות תעודות. הגישה למסד מוגבלת וגיבויי המסד מוצפנים. אין מערכת שיכולה להבטיח אבטחה מוחלטת. הימנעו ממידע רגיש בשם התצוגה ושתפו קודי חדר רק עם המשתתפים המיועדים. אפשר לשחק משחק יחיד בלי להעביר את רשומות המשחק היחיד לשירות המקוון. המדיניות עשויה להשתנות עם שינויים בשירות; המדיניות שתפורסם באתר תהיה הגרסה העדכנית.
